Aim: Working Together for Change(WTFC) is a Scottish voluntary organisation which believes that a fairer world can be achieved through people reflecting and acting together for justice.

Values: WTFC values individual skills and experience and  works to build participants' self confidence, and in all aspects of work, respects diversity.

Mission: WTFC believes in, and uses  a participative educational process to engage with and train groups; it works to encourage people to take responsibility for acting on local and global issues of injustice.
